We love crock-pot meals in our house. Pulled Pork Barbecue sandwiches is one of my favorite dinners. I love how easy it is and the best part is everyone in our house loves this meal.

See super easy — 3 ingredients and it took me 5 minutes to put it together!!

Ingredients
3 to 4 lb boneless pork shoulder roast
1 yellow onion
1 can of Coke
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray Barbecue Sauce
1 Package of Pepperidge Sweet & Soft Slider rolls

Place the pork roast in your crock pot. Slice the onion and place some on the bottom of the crock pot and some on top of the pork roast. Next pour the coke in the crock pot. Set your crock pot to 8 to 10 hours and let it cook. Once it is done take it out of the crock pot and shred the meat. I mixed 1.5 cups of barbecue sauce in with the shredded meat but you can use as little or as much as you would like. Serve on top of the Pepperidge Sweet & Soft Slider rolls. – it is amazing!!!
