Making Memories

Stitch Fix #15

When I was putting together my Fix #15 my goal was to find items for Easter, summer vacation, and try a few items that a lot of my clients love.

~ONE~

I love dresses!! When I saw the 41 Hawthorn – Carlin Knit Dress I thought it was so cute. Once I tried it on I was in love with it.  Since it’s a knit dress it’s so comfy and fits my body perfectly.  I decided to keep this dress and I think it’ll be the perfect Easter dress.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to get some sun before Easter so that my legs don’t blind everybody that morning.

Next on my shopping list was a dress for our summer vacation.  I may be short (5’3″) but I love to wear maxi dresses.  I’ve had my eye on several maxi dresses but I decided to go with the Gilli – Kodi Jersey Maxi Dress.  Some people either love this material or hate it but I love it!  This dress was definitely a keeper.  I plan to wear it a lot this summer and I’ll for sure be taking it with me to Hawaii.

~THREE~

Hi, my name is Jessica and I’m addicted to jeans!  I’ve got a closet full of jeans and I definitely don’t need another pair.  However, I’ve had several clients say that they love the Sneak Peek – Carrie Distressed Girlfriend Jean.  So I was excited to try them on.

Sadly they didn’t fit my body.  I hated the huge gap in the back.  So these jeans immediately went into the return bag.

High waist jeans are very popular and I have not tried a pair on in years. So I picked the Blank NYC – Aisley Distressed Skinny Jean.  After trying them on I can see the appeal of these jeans but I’m officially not a fan of high waist jeans. And Danny didn’t like them at all. 😂😂😂

Finally, I send the Loveappella – Swindell Lace Arm Knit Top to A LOT of clients and almost everyone says they love this shirt and it’s so comfy!

After I tried it on I decided it wasn’t for me.  I love the lace detail but I hated that it’s a dolman top. It wasn’t very flattering.

Even though I only kept 2 of the 5 pieces I say this Fix was a huge success because I tried some items that I normally wouldn’t try.   I love trying new styles and that is why I love Stitch Fix.

Last week I shared some details on How To Have A Great Stitch Fix Experience.  If you didn’t see it please check it out.

If you decide to sign up for Stitch Fix (which everyone should at least try it once) just remember you don’t have to LOVE every item.
