Pin It / Spin It

It’s the 4th Thursday of the month and that means one thing, it’s time for this month’s edition of Pin It / Spin It.

This month I tried a to shop my closet for a couple of cute outfits.  I love my burgundy jeans.  So I found this pin…

Weekend tomboy | A Gap denim shirt + burgundy skinny pants + oxfords | as featured on the blog Signe Roo.

I don’t have a hot pink vest but I do have a cute light pink vest.  So here is my SPIN

This month I thought I’d try a craft.  Here is the PIN that inspired my craft…

Summer 2016 is quickly arriving, so time to start those red, white and blue projects! Fabric Editions designed a great selection of Americana singles this year. Fresh prints, polka dots, and really good reds! Today I’m featuring these found in Meijer’s stores. Take a look at this little DIY pictorial to see how easy it is. You…

Here is my SPIN…

This is the finished product…

I’m not very happy with the finished product.  First of all, our local Wal-Mart didn’t have a smaller wreath so I had to use a wreath that was 18 inches vs 14 inches.  Also, the wreath is not very puffy and I like puffy wreaths.  So this PIN was a fail 🙁

After I finished this wreath I went to Hobby Lobby and bought all of the materials to make a spring wreath for our door.

  1. Too funny that you and Jenna both recreated the chambray shirt and burgundy pants! I love all your recreations!

  2. I love your spins! I love that we pinned and spinned the same thing. Great minds! Also, I love that pink vest. That wreath looks like a craft that I could do! I am going to have to try it. And I like that you could make a couple for the different seasons or holidays. Thank you so much for linking up!
