While Danny was in Arizona skydiving all weekend…
The girls and I had a busy weekend full of sports and fun times with friends.
We didn’t have school on Friday. So Kate spent the afternoon painting while her sister was at a friend’s birthday party.
Friday night we spent the evening at our friend’s house for the first “Happy Hour” of the season.
Love these ladies!
I’m so thankful for these two beautiful ladies.
The kids all enjoyed swimming in the pool while we were all hanging out on the patio.
Saturday morning we woke up early for a busy day of sports.
Our first stop of the day was Kate’s volleyball game…
Then we headed to the baseball field to cheer on our good friend’s son…
Finally, it was time for Abigail’s last soccer game of the season.
We ended our busy day with a trip to the movies. Kate has been dying to see the new volleyball movie “The Miracle Season.” We were all crying our eyes out but it was a great movie!
Sunday morning we had a mommy-daughter date to the nail salon.
and then we enjoyed a nice lunch together.
I HATE slime!! However, I gave in and let the girls make slime. Abigail has a school economics project and she has to make slime to “sell” to the 2nd-grade class.
Thankfully I was able to squeeze in some time to work on my summer tan.
Finally, we ended our busy weekend with softball practice. And then the girls were fast asleep by 8:10!!!
We had a very busy weekend but we had a lot of fun!
Have a great Monday!
