Self-care is so important and it’s definitely the one thing that us moms overlook! When you take care of yourself you have more confidence, feel more positive about your life, and it’s great for your self-esteem.

This is how I take care of myself…
Exercising!! – when I workout it is my time to focus on myself and my time to just reflect on life. I also feel better about myself.
Music!! I love to listen to music
Reading…I love to just sit down and read a good book.
Yard work. I love to get outside and plants flowers and mow.
Massage!! I don’t get to go to the spa as much as I would like but I when I do it is so relaxing!!
Relaxing with a glass of wine
Go to Starbucks
Date nights!! I love spending time alone with Danny. He is my best friend and he always makes me smile.
